Antisludging Agent

AQUA2000 is a macromoleclar polymer. It is a efficient and slow releasing scale and corrosion inhibitor. The product is ear-marked for industrial cooling water, central air conditioning cooling water, open-loop chilled water (with a frozen pond) and other water systems.

AQUA-2000 can slowly dissolve and release in the system. It is the ideal scale inhibitor at present, dedicated to water systems with serious fouling of high concentration of high multiples and high hardness. The effect on scale and corrosion inhibition is excellent.

Be able to form a layer of dense protective film on the metal surface. It can be used for treatment of pre-film and anti-corrosion in recycled water pipeline. So it is an invincible opponent of "yellow water” or red water" in many seamless steel tube systems.

No routine maintenance after dosing. No consumption of power. Easy to use and affordable.

The direct emission measures up the national environmental discharge standard.

Physical and Chemical Properties
Appearance: transparent glassy globules.
Toxicity: Proved non-toxic with the LD50 and the Ames test.
Scale inhibition rate95% (use in the condition of water temperature≤ 80 ℃), solubility 5-10 ppm, tested by spectrophotometry.
Packaging: sealed bag 2kg / bag or plastic drum 50kg / drum lined with plastic bag.

Usage

Hang the agent packed with special mesh bags or dosing floating boat in the system for the first time, and then add the agent every 3-6 months. Add the agent to the amount of the first dose every time.(About system dosage or special adding condition, please contact us for obtain assistance).

Notes
1. Placed in the shade, out of children’s reach. Avoid moisture if stored for a long time after opening.
2. For the domestic water and drinking water systems or hot and cold water supply systems of buildings, please adopt the "Hua Yang POWER-PHOS".
